Kenneth Mayfield, Esq.

Senior Attorney
Mr. Mayfield graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 1973 with Juris Doctorate Degree. He has been a member of the Mississippi State Bar since 1974 and has practiced law in Tupelo, Mississippi, since 1974. Mr. Mayfield has of 35 years of experience practicing law in the areas of Auto Accidents, Bankruptcies and other Civil Matters. He is experienced in all State and Federal Courts, including the U. S. Supreme Court. He is experienced, smart, and tough.

Catherine Umberger, Esq.

Associate Attorney
Catherine graduated from Spring Hill College in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Business Administration minor. From 2010 until 2013, Catherine attended The Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, where she earned her Juris Doctorate and was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in September 2013. Catherine has been employed by the Mayfield Law Firm as an Associate Attorney overseeing all cases in the Southaven / Memphis area concerning Bankruptcy and Social Security Disability.

Dominique Mayfield, Esq.

Associate Attorney
Dominique graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Spanish minor. From 2009 to 2012, Dominique attended Western Michigan University – Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctorate. In 2012, she was employed by Plummer Law Group, PC, a boutique entertainment law firm in Sherman Oaks, California, where she served as an entertainment law clerk for five years. Currently, Dominique is serving as an Associate Attorney and works out of the Mayfield Law Firm Southaven Office.

Eloise Mayfield

Mrs. Mayfield graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education in 1980. She has been a paralegal with the Mayfield Law Firm since 1984. Mrs. Mayfield is responsible for the overall management of the firm, including consultation and interviews for all new clients. She has developed quite a reputation for understanding, caring, and serving the needs of all clients of the firm.

Faith Bowers

Faith Bowers is a native of Tupelo, MS but currently resides in Southaven, MS. She graduated from Southaven High School, received her Associates Degree in Business Administration from Northwest Mississippi Community College in 2009 and is currently senior at Belhaven University finishing up her Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Management. She has been a paralegal of the Mayfield Law Firm Southhaven location since December 2016.

Janlyn Ledbetter

Auto Accident Paralegal
Janlyn Ledbetter graduated from Tupelo High School and is currently attending Itawamba Community College where she is enrolled in the Paralegal Technology program. Janlyn began her career with the Mayfield Law Firm in June 2013. She serves as an auto accidents paralegal and also assistant to Managing Partner, Kenneth Mayfield.

Tamika Johnson

Bankruptcy Paralegal
I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from the University of Mississippi in 2012.  I also have an Associate’s Degree in Office System Technology from Itawamba Community College.  I have several years experience in Social Security / Disability cases.

Sandra Ivy

Administrative Assistant
Sandra graduated from Okolona High School. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and minor in Accounting from Rust College in 2003. Currently, she is serving as a Administrative Assistant with over 10 years in customer service.

Montana Hopper

Bankruptcy Assistant
Montana Hopper graduated from Middleton High School with honors and attended Northeast Mississippi Community College in pursuit of a degree in Paralegal Technology. She is dedicated to providing friendly yet professional service to all. She began her career as a Receptionist/Bankruptcy Assistant for Mayfield Law Firm in January 2017.

Chelsea Franklin

Receptionist / Legal Assistant
Chelsea graduated from Mooreville High School with honors and attended Itawamba Community College. She is currently pursuing her studies at Mississippi State University. Chelsea is enthusiastic and will serve you to the best of her ability. She began her career with Mayfield Law Firm in May 2017.
